This year at the Laba will start the new five-year course in Restoration (5 year degree) at the end of which students will be issued with the qualification of Restorer.
The Laba has created synergies with the Department of National Heritage and cultural activities, the Archaeological Museum, the Uffizi Museum for internships and seminars in Paper Restoration, Fresco’s Restoration, Painting Restoration (antiques and contemporary), Photo Restoration, Wood Restoration and Stone Restoration.
